I bring **genuine encouragement** that helps you see your potential and celebrate your progress.

I bring a holistic approach that incorporates your goals and your values, both professional and personal, so that you can thrive as a person, not only in your job.

I bring an **ACC** **coaching** **certification (ICF)**,a Master's Degree in Education, and 1,500+ hours of **coaching experience**.

# Who I Am

I am an empowering coach who is committed to you and your team doing your best work together.

I am a grateful husband to Kristen and proud father to Brayden, Ella, and Malia.

I am a former internal leadership coach, teacher, and pastor.

I am a hiker, guitar player, explorer of new places, and seeker of good conversation.
